Payment Details Update Issue

Hi Team - This is major issue can you look into this, ? My CEO just tried updating the payment details on the account after getting a notification, but they tried 3 credit cards, and none of them were accepted. There is money on all the cards, including the default one that we normally use. This a top priority case for us. Can you guys please look into this ASAP and let me know the results of your findings, this is crucial for our business.
