Paragraph Size Discrepancy on Mobile Portrait

My all paragraphs and text-size-medium have the same settings. Why do they appear to be a different size on mobile portrait (screenshot attached)? Paragraph on coloured background is text-size-medium and on the card is paragraph. @Rachel the class text-size-medium is scaling down with the screen. You can see that its adjusted on mobile landscape. If you want this to remain the same, just alt + click on the blue label when you are on mobile landscape (hit 3 on keyboard) and all should be good.

@Rachel no problem! Just need to reset the value of the text-size-medium font size style.
