User Feedback on Difficulty Downgrading to New Starter Plan

Hey team, I'm excited to see the new pricing plans, the new starter plan suits my uses much more. But it is frustrating that I am unable to downgrade to it without reaching out to support. Just as user feedback, I'm much more likely to cancel my subscription first, so I can re-sign up with the starter plan rather than reaching out to support 馃槄 Maybe that's just a me thing, but just thought I'd share the feedback.

    Hi Matt, This is deceptive to your customers. Make it as easy to downgrade as it is to upgrade.
