Navigating Wireframe View Can Be Challenging

At a glance

A community member is having difficulty navigating the wireframe view, as they cannot find global scrollbars or a "grab" feature to move around the view. The only option they see is zooming in and out, which is inconvenient. Other community members respond that the spacebar can be used to pan around, and Z and Shift + Z can be used to zoom in and out. The controls are set up to mirror Figma, and the community acknowledges that the navigation could be improved.

hey everyone, i find it very difficult to navigate into the wireframe view, as for me i see no apparent global scrollabrs (horizontal or vertical), i see no "grab" feature of the background which would help me get to the position i want, the only feature i see and use to navigate is the zoom-in/zoom-out and it's a pain to get to the exact view that i want, anyone has the same issue and/or any tips on that? thanks! (i'm using chrome desktop)

apologies for the confusion. You can hold spacebar to pan around and Z and shift + z to zoom in/out.

ah yes thank you so much, not being able to pan was turning me crazy ๐Ÿ™‚ any reason why the spacebar needs to be held at the same time? there does not seem to be other handlers attached to the background (?)

Yeah really good feedback. Weโ€™ve setup the controls to mirror figma which acts the same way. Certainly we could improve this.
