New to Webflow: Confused About Style Guide and Variables in Relume

Ok I’m new hi everyone . So I have zero knowledge of webflow and got a basic understanding of relume. I just imported my first wireframe and omg when I goto the style guide I’m now confused and it’s reupdated and now talking about variable. All I wanted to do is change colors and I’m now I’m super confused I need some help I tried to watch the loom with the update from 6pm this ago but it made it completely worse
