Migrating to Webflow on an iPad Pro

At a glance

A community member is having trouble migrating their content from Relume to Webflow on an iPad Pro. The system keeps asking them to use Chrome, even though they are already using Chrome. Other community members suggest trying Firefox and clearing the cache, but the issue persists. After several days without a response, a community member provides an explanation - the popup is telling the user that they cannot paste content from Relume to Webflow on an iPad (iOS) device, but they should still be able to use the Webflow Site Builder.

Does relume support migration to Webflow on an IPad Pro ? It keeps asking me to use chrome but it’s already on chrome ?

can you send a screenshot of the error?

I have also tried in Firefox, clear caches. Logged in out etc .

As requested, the same message pops up in Firefox too

Any chance of a reply ?

It’s been 3-4 days now why is this taking so long to get a response ? What’s happened to the customer service ?

Hi Mark - all that this popup is doing is telling you that you can't paste from Relume to Webflow. We obviously have our media queries or browser/operating system checks a little off because you are clearly in chrome but you are on an iPad (iOS) and so you won't be able to paste from Relume to Webflow. But you should be able to use the Site Builder just fine.
