Matt J. projects get messy despite our best intentions. And sometime we are not starting from Relume. A theme would already have classes. And Webflow’s new AI site builder has classes. All I am saying is that looking at our UI and knowing what contributed to our clusterfuck of classes would be nice. At least I know when working with CSS frameworks out of Webflow where a particular class is coming from.

I don’t share your enthusiasm about Figma Sites. It suffers from divitis. After nearly 30 years of building sites, the title “game-changer” is bestowed too early. You know what’s never failed me: designing in code. Webflow is inherently that, so why abstract it? Even established players like Tailwind and Bootstrap solve the problem elegantly, without too much more effort. Figma is now 4–5 products? Guess what will give? Something will be on the chopping block. Maybe not Sites, but that’s a lot to take on for a small company. And throwing more people or money at a problem very seldom works.

Johan T. I’ve mentioned that a couple of months ago. Also, when a component is released and the only difference between it and its sibling is content is flipped (pic on right or left), it just feels like we are really only getting a handful of useful components if that. Ok. I understand that may be useful to users, but it seems the value isn’t there. Now with the AI stuff, Relume is feeling less useful to me for the majority of work I do (smaller websites) strictly in Webflow.

Dan I don’t even use Site Builder. I feel like I’ve been paying for features that I won’t use that much. I came to you for Webflow-specific components that I could drop into place. Unfortunately, the last 4–5 months feel paltry. And I recognize I may not be the right market for Relume.
