Matt J. yeah understand about CMS data export and ability to self-host. What people hate about platforms like Webflow and Framer is the vendor lock. People want to transition off, but they can't because the CMS is tied in with the website.
Offcourse, that's a business decision as well and they probably are very profitable because of that reason. But if your product is good enough, you shouldn't have to worry about people leaving your platform, even if costs increase significantly. I would be more than happy to pay more for Webflow for example, but the platform has become stagnant in this age of AI coding.
I agree fully with Diego -.. Having really good MCP support, similar to Sanity, would be absolutely amazing.
