does any one else have these issues or find a work around?

what i im fiind that might work as a temporary work around is to have the Relume Figma Kit downloaded, change all of the style guide formatting i need and save that as a library file. Instead of importing the designs to FIgma ( which will replace all of my style sheet settings, not just ignore them), I go to the Relume site, copy the page, come back to Figma and Paste it using the plugin. This is working but not ideal. I allows me to get the layouts to adhere to my style sheets, the viewport size set to be smaller for email layout and it doesnt delete all of my style sheet settings. Ideally Relum import would not omit all of my style sheets and i could just import with one click

When i import the design it brings in the style guide from Figma which then deletes the styes i had previosly made in the figma doc

so if i have a figma library setup , the relume elements i iport will not recognize them? i see that also when i import a design from Relume into Figma, it overrides all of my styles. is there a way to turn off the styles imprt so that it will adhere to my styles i set up?

oh i might not understand that entirely. If i use my library based style guide by using it in the Relume Figma Kit file, the imported Relume Design should adhere to those ( button size, fonts, H1, H2 etc). OR does that need API key?

oh i see. well i figured the style kit would correlate directly with anything the site builder would reference .. i ws thinking of using i at least as a handy 'base' to start for each of our brands. Then save them as a library and use them that way when starting a new file... i guess all i would need to do is delete everything on the Figma Kit's imported styles so that my library would be the reference..so when the wireframe/design is imported from Relume it would take my premade brand styles. Doews that seem like it would work?

i think there are more agencies that are looking at this as a tool for email tool. we do websites and LPs as well but as of late email design has been our bread n butter. an average email size would be super handy so it can be used in all of th eabove

oh gotcha. what edits do you tend to find handy? also know of a simple way to override the style guide that is imported? we have several clients that we keep over th eyears and would be great to make one guide and use it without the one that comes in through Relume

i ithink each timea new vversion comes out i would have to update all of these measurements within the file

any chance there are plans in the near future to make these kinds of edits within relume?
