In layout 28 I am looking to change the color vertical line which indicates the active tab so it differs for tab but I can鈥檛 seem to find the right setting, any ideas?

I am having an issue with Section_Filters4. I have added a collection which shows fine but its not clear how to actually connect it:
1.
How do you connect it to the filters?
2.
How do you populate the filters, ideally this would be dynamic based on collection data?
3.
How do you hook up the 'showing 0 of 100' so it updates correctly?
4.
I also have a sticky header and on mobile the filters modal is underneath the header, is there a way to fix that i.e. adjust down below the header or show above?
Not sure if this is the right channel or not. Using Header 76 I have successfully hooked up a CMS collection and set the left hand image column to pull profile pics from that collection.
Issues:
1.
How can you pull images from the CMS into the image-list-right?
2.
How best to set the CMS image limits etc to prevent a obvious restart of the loop?
3.
Is it possible to add an overlay on the images to pull in other CMS fields such as a name?
