Loving the Site Builder! But I'm Trying to Decide the Best Way to Use It When My Content Is Already Written. Is There a Workflow for That?

At a glance

The community member is loving the site builder but is trying to decide the best way to use it when their content is already written. Another community member, Matt, suggests that the best approach is to copy/paste the content into the Site Builder or write it directly in the Site Builder, ensuring it is approved/finalized before exporting to Figma or Webflow. Matt also recommends treating the Site Builder version as the "source of truth" to avoid chasing edits across different platforms. Once exported to the final destination (e.g. Webflow), that should be considered the new source of truth. The community members acknowledge this is a challenging issue that may not be solved in the near future.

@Tracy Love not officially no and this one is definitely really tricky. The best approach that I have seen for this so far in my experience is to have it copy/pasted into Site Builder or written directly in Site Builder. Making sure that its approved/finalized before it has been exported to Figma or Webflow OR treat the Site Builder version of that copy as your "source of truth" otherwise you are just chasing edits all over the place. Once you have exported to Webflow or its final destination, I would consider that final destination your new source of truth rather than trying to sync copy changes from site builder into webflow etc.

Hoping we solve for this pain point soon but its likely not something we solve for in the next 3-4 months for sure, maybe longer.

Thanks @Matt, I understand the challenge. I just wanted to ask before I went down a rabbit hole.
