Fixing Jerkiness in Logo 3 Component: Interaction vs Custom Code

Matt J. Logo 3 Component has a bit of jerkiness to it (i.e., the scroll isn’t 100% smooth the whole time). It’s subtle, but it’s there. I think someone had a JS solution (with a link to a video) instead of the interaction to this component several months ago, but I can’t find the thread.
