Issue with Layout 484: Not Displaying Correctly?

Hi guys, Layout 484 isn't working for me at all? It's just a normal text block. Am I missing something?

Do you have content before it or is it your first section?

Yes this is a scroll animation, if there is nothing to scroll it cannot work 😄
