Layout 241 Overflow Issue on Mobile

At a glance

A community member is having an issue with Layout 241 on their mobile device (iPhone 13, Chrome), where the boxes seem to overflow. They have provided a code preview link and are seeking help. The comments suggest that the issue is only visible on mobile and not on the desktop. Another community member suggests trying to switch the class from "grid" to "flex" and publishing, but this changes the desktop version. Eventually, applying the "flex" class only to the mobile version resolves the issue. The community members discuss the differences between "grid" and "flex" layouts, and the helper thanks the community for their assistance.

Useful resources

Hi all,
I have a problem with Layout 241.
On my mobile (iPhone 13, Chrome), the boxes seem to overflow.
I couldn't emulate it using the desktop browser, but it keeps happening on mobile.
Here's the code: https://preview.webflow.com/preview/fractional-partners?utm_medium=preview_link&utm_so[…]b4d8097980&pageId=662e75a759eba71928b8b076&workflow=preview

Would love some help!

You were so helpful last time! Would love your help with this one as well!

did you happen to get this resolved? Kind of looks like it.

If its only happening on the published version of the site, I'll need the published URL to test it out as well.

Only visible on mobile

can you try switching this class from grid to flex and publishing?

well make sure to have it vertical, not horizontal

Yeah - that's not it

Because when I do, they all become listed

well right now its in the wrong orientation, and I just need it published and I can refresh

hmm you are on the desktop break point sorry, I should have down a much bigger screenshot

Moving to "flex" fixed the mobile problem, but it changed the desktop version

Should I only apply it tonthe mobile version?

Ok - I applied it just for mobile, and that worked

Not sure what the difference between grid and flex is, but thank you for your help!

yeah, on the surface it doesn't seem like they are a big difference but under the hood they are a huge difference between the two and so I am not too surprised that it wasn't rendering too well on mobile using grid.
