Troubleshooting Animation Issues in Relume Layout 484

Hello, I am new to Relume and I am currently testing components. I have a problem with Layout 484: the animation is not happening. I have tested it on the published site, and I have content above and underneath the component, but nothing is happening. How can I fix this issue?
