Inconsistent layout behavior between preview and integration

A community member is having trouble using layout 486 in their web app, as it does not look the same as in the preview. They tried uploading the layout to Figma, but it wouldn't load. The community member is asking for help to fix this issue so they can use the layout in their client's site. Another community member has a similar issue with a different component/section and is also seeking a solution.

Per the attached screenshot, I'm trying to use layout 486 in the web app, but when integrated into my wireframe it does not look like it does in the preview. I tried uploading layout 486 to Figma to see if it would display any differently, and it actually wouldn't load at all in Figma. Can someone please look into fixing this? I really want to use this layout in my client's site.

I have the same issue but with a different component/section. Have you figured out the issue?
