Inconsistent classes between webflow app and code snippets

The community member is experiencing an issue where the classes set on interactive components in the Webflow app do not match the classes referenced in the code snippets. They have to manually change the classes to get the components to work. Another community member responded that this is a known issue, where Webflow is renaming the classes on import but not reflecting those changes in the code embeds, and that they will add this to their roadmap.

Any time I import a page using the Webflow app, the classes that get set on interactive components do not match the classes referenced in the code snippets. I have to manually change the classes in order to get it to work.

Is this a known issue? Is it maybe user error on my part?

nothing you are doing wrong here. We’re just renaming the classes on import but not reflecting those changes in the code embeds. Something we’ll add to our roadmap. Thanks for raising!
