Improving control for the CMS finsweet slider

At a glance

The community member is looking for more control over a CMS Finsweet slider, specifically to stop it on the edge of the container when the last card is visible, add a disabled state to the arrows instead of them disappearing, and have the last click jump back to the beginning. The comments suggest using resliders.com, Finsweet components, splidejs, or swiperjs as alternatives to the native Webflow slider. The community members recommend SplideJS as the easiest to implement for the layout, with resliders.com as a second option. However, there is no explicitly marked answer in the comments.

Is there any way to have more control for this CMS finsweet slider?

  • It would be better to stop it on the edge of the container (when the last card is visible)
  • Instead of disappearing of the arrow I'd like to add a disabled state
  • Last click should jump back to the beginning

@Ádám Simon yeah so this is an issue actually with the native webflow slider. You'd have to use resliders.com or Finsweet components (their latest product) or implement splidejs or swiperjs.

Based on your experience which is the easiest to implement for Relume's layout?

except finsweets new super expensive solution 😄

SplideJS would be my preference (now that I've done it a couple of times). Resliders would be my second option since its all the same thing in a fraction of the time but isn't free. But its supporting a fellow Lumer @Chris
