Issues with Relume to Figma Component Imports Explained

When I import my wireframes from relume to figma the frames/components are not connected to the relume component library. The buttons and styling from the style guide are connected—but if I want to switch out the nav bar or a header for intances—it not a component and just a frame when imported into Figma
