How to Adjust WordPress Settings for URL Project Import Issues

Hi everyone, I've been trying to import the project via URL but received this message. Does anyone know where I can adjust the settings (in WordPress?) to make this work?

Daniela our engineering team is saying that its because this website is hosted on cloudflare and there is a captcha that is blocking the request. If there is someway to turn that off and run the import and then turn it back on, that is likely the only way this will work.

Thanks for the quick response. Will check on this with the client. I only have the wordpress access 😕
