Seeking Advice for Golf Startup's Webflow Login Feature

Hi everyone, I’m working on a golf teaching startup and need some advice on implementing a specific feature in Webflow. We want to create a login page where our students can see their weekly practice schedules and assignments. Each assignment will have a name, description, and potentially a link or document. I’m considering using Webflow CMS to manage this over 52 weeks, but I’m concerned about the limitations of cross-referencing collections. Additionally, we have a video course hosted on GoHighLevel, and I want to link the weekly videos to GoHighLevel or another video platform that handles this well.
