Implementing a Student Login and Assignment Management System in Webflow

At a glance

Hi everyone,

I’m working on a golf teaching startup and need some advice on implementing a specific feature in Webflow. We want to create a login page where our students can see their weekly practice schedules and assignments. Each assignment will have a name, description, and potentially a link or document.

I’m considering using Webflow CMS to manage this over 52 weeks, but I’m concerned about the limitations of cross-referencing collections. Additionally, we have a video course hosted on GoHighLevel, and I want to link the weekly videos to GoHighLevel or another video platform that handles this well.

If you have any suggestions or know of an all-in-one platform that could meet our needs, I would love to hear about it!

Thanks in advance for your help!

Obviously, I don't know the details of what you are trying to do, but...
I'm assuming you already considered using https://www.memberstack.com/ for the login and handling members?
Are these schedules highly personalized, or are they the same for each member?
You can create 'gated pages' which will contain these assignments, schedules, .etc.
Then you either implement some kind of logic, or manually update the page for that week.
These pages can pull data from multiple CMS collections.
Videos can just be embeds if it's not from one of the supported platforms.

Feel free to reach out if you want me to elaborate, or you need to brainstorm some ideas. :)

I appreciate that!

The schedules will be mostly personalized but the same “exercise library” will be used depending on the need.
I just need to look more into Memberstack x Webflow.

There are some interesting things you can do with this, for sure.
Looking forward to seeing the results

any chance we could connect? Maybe I can run you through the current built?

Sure, I’ll be available for the next hour or so
