I'm getting an error when trying to import a site, is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

At a glance

A community member is experiencing an error when attempting to import a site, and is asking if anyone else is having the same issue. Other community members respond that they are able to view the affected wireframes, but suspect the issue may be local to the original poster's network or machine, potentially due to a VPN or Chrome extensions. The community members work together to troubleshoot the issue, with one member eventually reproducing the error and passing it on to engineering. After some time, the community members confirm that a fix has been deployed and the issue is now resolved.

@U082LNXJR98 nope not seeing this issue across other instances at the moment. Let me do some testing.

Heres the share link to a specific site affected

https://www.relume.io/app/project/P1400778_IWBG6VdM7nk2pKYSuQ3ltYz8KWHzbEaFVqQ4DvLpvNY

It seems any new relume I make can not be imported

And just viewing the wireframe is giving issues

@U082LNXJR98 I was able to view those wireframes from the link above. I will try to import this project into Webflow as well. Judging by the error though, its most likely an issue local to your network or machine. Make sure that you do not have any kind of VPN running as we use cloudflare and cloudflare blocks those types of connections - not much we can do about that.

If you have no VPN or never had a VPN, make sure you are on a network that does not have a VPN.

Next to do would be to ensure that you do not have any chrome extensions which may also be manipulating the connection or have some odd effect - you can open up "guest profile" in Chrome which will not have any extensions, and you can test quickly if its any of your extensions.

try those things, while I verify its nothing on our end

Hmm I did suspect it could be an issue with my ip being blocked somehow. I will try your troubleshooting suggestions

@U082LNXJR98 I'm also able to reproduce your error and am not sure what would be causing this so I'll have to pass to engineering which will be coming online in the next couple of hours. Apologies for the issues here. Hope to have an update soon.

Ok good to know thank you!

looks like we have a fix and should be going out in the next day or so. I'll do a test and confirm and let you know Will - apologies again.

Looks like relume site imports are working for me now thanks for the help!

Yep our fix went live!
