Troubleshooting Relume to Figma Export Issues

Hi! I cant export file from Relume to Figma. I've tried logged out and logged in, restart pc and all but still cant export. Can someone help me out? Thank you

Quynh D. are you using a VPN or a network such as an office that might have a VPN? If so, you might need to disable it or talk to IT about whitelisting us.

I’m not using a VPN or a network with one. Could you please advise on what might be causing the issue and any additional steps I can take to resolve it? I also have some question about adding/creating hyperlink on Relume. Thank you

Matt J. Hello, I already upgraded my Relume plan, but still unable to export my files into Figma. Could you please provide support to resolve this issue?

Quynh D. can you provide the Relume project link and I can take a look - we haven't had any updates or issues with the figma plugin in several weeks now and no other reports of an issue like this.

Matt J. Can you tell me what's going wrong with my plugin issue? Is this a bug or project storage problem? This issue has been affecting my projects and my workflow in general but is still being marked as unsolved.

Quynh D. this should be resolved now - it was related to the new languages we released and I've checked your project and you had one of the newer languages selected. Apologies for the issues here.
