How do I cancel and delete my account? I did the trial and presented Relume as an option to my client, but have not received approval to use the tool and do not want to be billed for it. I am in the trial period now. Everytime I fill out a support request in the form online I get an issue error. (cenniskloote@augustodigital.com)
@Christy Ennis-Kloote sorry to hear about the issues with the form - I just tested it and I'm not getting those errors which is odd.
The quickest thing to do was to extend your trial so I've extended it by 30 days. If you still want to downgrade/delete the account feel free to send us an email at support@relume.io and one of our account specialists will help you out.
