Understanding Image Hover Effects: What Are They Called?

Hey guys, general question. What’s the name of this hover element appear ? In this example when you place your mouse over the image, a bubble appears saying “View”. I want to google it but cant find it lol

Matías O. that would just be a custom cursor - you should be able to find several videos or examples when you search "custom cursor in webflow"

I know its not replacing the cursor in this example, but its following its exact movements, so its the same concept
