Handling Overflow in Mobile FAQ Sections

Hey so I can see you've got a style applied to the text, "text-size-medium 7" - I'd suggest removing that style on all the questions and see if it gets worked. My guess is you've got some kind of wrapping style applied on the text style which is forcing the overflow.

If you want to apply a specific style to the text you can do it in the faq question class, or simply use a regular text style that you know will wrap.

Oh...... also seeing you're using a dropdown element. Honestly I don't use those for FAQs, but the dropdown element comes with some default settings you'll need to manually change.
