Fixing the formly contact form

Hi,
I imported the formly contact form. https://welzijninhuis-230304.webflow.io/contact but i installed the app, but its not working. anyone knows how to fix this?

@Luuk thanks for the bump on this. Try moving the script to the footer code - right now you have it in the head code. Pretty sure that Formly needs all of the form fields and attributes to load before it knows what to do
