Feedback on Style Guide and Import Delay in Relume App

First, style guide is amazing!! Second, I’ve been waiting for the import to complete for well over 10 minutes and unsure if I can just close the Relume app overlay on Webflow

Emily M. do you think it had actually finished or no? If not, you might have to re-clone and start over? I have not tested that scenario yet.

I haven't tested closing the overlay and restarting the process in the same cloneable

The home page fully uploaded, and the second page didn’t get added at all. The loader was stuck on ‘adding home page’ so that makes sense. For some reason the second page (which wasn’t a page group on site builder) got added as a folder with no pages inside on Webflow

ah okay - maybe some process got hung up when it was trying to create that page group

One thing I havent fully tested yet either is that the message says keep the tab active - which means dont go anywhere at all - did you happen to navigate to a diff app or tab on your computer?

I’m actually not sure haha i’m like 60-70% convinced i didnt leave the tab but i wasnt aqare of that message until a good 10 mins into waiting

it happened to me as well. I had 30+ pages and after about 60% progress, it got stuck and I had to redo from scratch unfortunately

Sometimes, the import process gets stuck due to Webflow connections hanging indefinitely without responding. We're aware of this issue. Ideally, starting from scratch is the most reliable approach, and we're actively working on ways to make this process smoother. In the meantime, you can try closing the Relume app overlay and reimporting the page—though results may vary. This scenario isn’t fully accounted for when the project state is in a "dirty" condition. Sorry for this inconvenience, however we r working on improvements to ensure the process doesn’t get stuck indefinitely.

The issue mostly seems to be happening when you have too many pages to sync. I was able to get around the issue but initially just doing the home page and color pallet sync. later 5-10 pages per sync. I have seen this fail 100% of the time for my site which has 30+ pages. This workaround worked all the time. hope this helps.
