Finsweet Cms Filters

At a glance

A community member is having trouble with FINSWEET CMS filters, where the current filters are filtering "x OR y" but they want to change it to "x AND y". They found that using fs-cmsfilter-match="all" should work, but it's not. Other community members suggest it may be a data issue, as the news articles are only tagged with a single category and the related fields are empty. They advise that without the proper relationships between the news articles, types, categories, and tags, the CMS filters won't work as expected. The community member acknowledges that it was indeed a data issue and the problem is resolved.

I recently saw this functionality was added to Webflow's native filtering system, but I can't remember if FS's CMS filter uses Webflow native filtering at all...

@Evandah Steadman is it a data issue? I opened up 4 or 5 news articles within the news collection and only saw the each article was only tagged with a single category. All of the related fields at the bottom were empty.

yeah its definitely a data issue, or at least I'm not really seeing how you are creating the relationships from news article to type, main category, and sitewide tags.

without those relationships in place, the CMS filters won't know how to show the news article

Thanks Matt, your right! It was a data issue!
