Filters on categories stopped responding

A community member is having issues with the filters on their categories in Webflow, which were working fine yesterday but have stopped responding today. They suspect they may have accidentally deleted the CMS collection containing the form block. Hi all, can anyone spot what I've done here. The filters on my categories have stopped responding. I had it working great yesterday but today stopped working, Weirdly today there was no CMS collection in place containing the form block so maybe I accidently deleted the cms collection. I've re-added it and checked finsweet attributes , but still i can't get it working to respond. Any help much appreciated. can you share the published URL? And have you tried using the self-serve support tool for Finsweet yet or?

Here's the url to my ecommerce categories page : https://roguesgallery.webflow.io/shop . I have two shop pages in the designer - one in the ecommerce section and one as a standard page. I'm sure that can't be the right way to do things but I couldn't work out how to link to the actual ecommerce page, still trying to get my head around Webflow's ecommerce. I haven't tried Finsweet's support so will give that a go. I might rebuild the page first though , I may have deleted something I shouldn't have when deleting unwanted sections.
