Troubleshooting Unresponsive Category Filters in Webflow

Hi all, can anyone spot what I've done here. The filters on my categories have stopped responding. I had it working great yesterday but today stopped working, Weirdly today there was no CMS collection in place containing the form block so maybe I accidently deleted the cms collection. I've re-added it and checked finsweet attributes , but still i can't get it working to respond. Any help much appreciated.
