Faster animation for longer text in layout 484

At a glance

The community member is using Layout 484 with longer text, and wants the animation to complete faster. However, they don't think they can edit this as there is a separate GSAP script being loaded. The comments suggest that the community member should adjust the GSAP script to speed up the animation. One community member mentions trying the custom GPT "flowscripts" from Timothy Ricks if the user is not familiar with GSAP. Another community member suggests modifying the stagger in the embedded script, but notes they are not 100% sure how to achieve the desired result as they are not very experienced with GSAP.

Useful resources

Hi, I'm using Layout 484 but with much longer text. I want the animation to complete faster but I don't think I can edit this as there is a separate gsap script being loaded. Any way to fix this?

Hey , i think you have to adjust the gsap script. If you’re not familiar how to use gsap you could try it with the custom gpt „flowscripts“ from timothy ricks. Hope that helps 👍

As David mentioned I think you'll need to modify the script we have embedded but I am not 100% sure what result you are looking for and how to get there as I am not that experienced with GSAP. However, modifying the stagger seemed to speed up the animation.

Its hard for me to test because I assume the reason you want to speed it up is because of the smooth scrolling you have on your site and the fact that you have longer text. For me on my example the animation moves as fast as I scroll.
