How to Embed an Auto-Playing, Looping Video in Webflow

Which component do I use to embed a video that auto plays and loops? It doesn't have to be a background layer, it's just playing. I know I can use a background video element in Webflow. Which component should I use?

Thanks, yeah I guess it is just swapping an image or video block for a background video element in WF really 😊
