Dynamic Featured Element Selection for Blog Section in CMS

how can be Dynamic the featured element in blog section like the others? I want to be able to select it the CMS. Thanks

This has to be a second collection list, and the list has to have a switch called Featured, that's how I do it. And the switch is for the client to select which one they want to be featured, and it needs to be done in the filter settings
