I am trying to figure out how to design web apps UX with Relume & Figma (without webflow). Can you please advice on the questions below:

I didn't get how to have AI to create sitemap with use of sections like Application shell or tables with CRUD, sidebar menus etc.
When I add section manually, it shows "Click and paste", but I don't understand what/where can I copy to paste.
