Custom Fields Not Appearing as Options

At a glance

A community member is having trouble getting some of their custom fields to show up as options to connect data to elements. Other community members suggest that for multi-reference fields, a nested collection structure may be needed, with a parent collection connected to "Resources" and another collection connected to "Industry" or "Related Resources". The community member thanks the others and says they will give it a try. Another community member shares a preview link and asks for help troubleshooting why a specific field is not showing up, but the issue remains unresolved.

Useful resources

Hey everyone. Any idea why some of the custom fields I created are not showing as an option to connect the data to an element?

Please share the read Only link

for those you would need to have a nested collection since they are multi-reference fields - so you would have a parent collection connected to "Resources" and then another collection that would connect to either "Industry" or "Related Resources".

Thanks a lot I'll give it a try!

Inside the 'Lorem ipsum' item that belongs to the 'Resources' collection, I have the resource content (text). I'd like to link it to a container the same way I linked the title on the Resources template page. But I'm not being able to, as it's not showing 😞 Would be possible for anyone to look into the link below, and let me know what I did wrong?

did you get this resolved?

No, not yet. Still wondering how to make these fields show up.
