Creating a Simple 3-Page Website: Removing Redundant Navigation Items

Really basic question with a simple answer I'm sure but I am trying to create a simple 3 page website, however, I have loads of redundant items in the nav bar that I cant delete. How do I remove?

you will have to export to Figma or Webflow to make those kinds of edits. Site Builder does not have those abilities yet - we are working really really hard to make those features right now, no ETA.
