I'm a newbie so here is my first of a few questions. I'm creating a wireframe for a web page that includes a Contact section. By default it show the email, phone and address bits. I cannot see how I can remove the phont and address details .
Any idea if this is even possible?

This is not possible in the current version. However, it should work in the next version. (See https://www.relume.io/whats-new/august-2024-component-day wireframe editing)
At the moment, you have to export your wireframe to Figma and edit it there.
