Guidance Needed for Cookie Consent Module Setup and Placement

Hi! Im setting up the cookie consent module, but there is no guide on where this should be placed and if there needs to be any adjustments done to it. Can anyone please help me?

I'm keen to know too Relume when I delete the div saying delete the structure of the banner component completely changes.
