Upgrading Joomla to a Modern One-Page Site with Relume

Hello everyone, I am just starting and I would like to give it a try. I have a basic old style web site (built using Joomla) and I would like to convert it to a modern one page with relume. What's the best way to do it? Or should I start from scratch?

I wouldn't like using figma as I have never used it

I suggest you start from scratch. Mostly whenever i get these kind of projects, i prefer scratch but you can take inspiration from relume wireframing and then build into webflow or whatever platforms you like most..
