Contact Form Modals and Z-index Issues

A community member is having an issue with contact form modals not sitting at the top of the z-index, even though they have set it to 100. When they move the modal container out from the button nesting, the button triggers stop working. Another community member suggests watching a video that walks through scenarios with modals, which they believe will answer the questions. A third community member states that they used a different modal and put the contact form inside, which worked perfectly.
