Sasha A. I would say that as a general rule that I would not expect all uncommon components to be able to be powered by the CMS - however, many can be. I would say it would be very difficult to make team 22 into a CMS powered component but likely not impossible. Biggest issue with team 22 is that it doesn't have a consistent enough pattern to replicate.
