Issues with Unlinking CMS Items in Webflow Components

Anyone have insight into the issue with CMS items being attached inside of a component in Webflow, and then when you Unlink that instance, all of the CMS items inside the component become detached? This seems like a new issue, Relume community seems to be stronger than Webflow community in terms of support, feedback etc. So looking for some insight on this!
