Changing image orientation on mobile

Hi Guys - Just built this website on webflow, using relume (duh, haha.) but on mobile, some of the images are changing from portrait to landscape, is there any reason why this is? They're also showing up on the asset library in landscape now. On mobile preview on webflow its displaying properly, but on the actual mobile itself - it's not. TIA

@Oli Cheveralls Would you mind sending a read-only link?

wait are they rotating too? like that's not just the aspect ratio - thats like...rotating the image.....what in the world

yeah would need to have the webflow read-only link to see whats going on - I do vaguely remember having an issue like this before and I feel like it had something to do with the image itself but maybe not

I had this happen the other day. My client uploaded an image that was very large and it was rotating 90 deg.

If you inspect the image Webflow is serving on the live website, you can see it’s serving the image 90 deg rotated.

To fix;

  1. Export the image from webflow.
  2. Resize in Figma
  3. Export it from Figma
  4. Upload to Webflow
  5. Replace image

Thanks @Luke Bonnici
