Building a Fixed Second Page Navigation in Relume

Hi Everyone, I would like to build a second page navi. At first it should be positioned in the third section of the website. When the user scrolls past this navigation it should stay fixed at the top. Is there any component in relume or workaround for this requirement? Cheers Dušan
