anyone who might be able to tell me why there are no borders on my form inputs on the published site, but are visible on the designer side?

Ah this is a weird Relume <> Webflow bug. Find where the border-color property is set on these elements, and then Alt/Option + Click to reset it.
The default Relume value comes across in a way that bugs out, and the color field in Webflow completely dissappears.
