Best Practices for Webflow and Smootify Integration with Shopify

For anyone using Weblow and Smootify integration to connect to shopify. What is the best practices when it comes to architecting your site. I want to use Headless where my webflow is just the front end, connecting to shopify and using the shopify apps for payments, shipping, rewards etc.
