Mobile Banner Issues on Published Website vs. Webflow Preview

Hi! I am using Banner 16 throughout the homepage, and whenever I preview it in mobile portrait on Webflow, it works well. However, now that the website is published, I am having issues with the banners where I only see either just one logo or text. I have attached what I see in the Webflow Preview and what the website displays in mobile portrait. I did make some modifications to it, such as hiding either the top or bottom banner since I only want one displayed. Any ideas of what is the issue here? Thank you!
