Issue with Menu Closing Automatically After Mailing List Submission

I'm finding that on menus, like navbar20, when someone clicks submit on the menu mailing list, it automatically closes the menu. Any idea why? I haven' written any code that should cause this. Example: https://n3wangle.webflow.io/
