Automated Way to Retrieve Video Thumbnails for Relume Layouts

Greetings! Does anyone know of an automated way to get the video thumbnails that are automatically created by either Vimeo or YouTube (and visible in the Webflow CMS) into the image field that is used by Relume for the video lightbox in most of the Relume layouts? Very time consuming to take a screenshot when you already have a video thumbnail preview from the link itself and we're bringing up 100+ videos. TIA!
