Applying Fonts to Manually Written Headings

At a glance

A community member is experiencing an issue with the fonts not being applied to headings where they manually wrote the copy in the feline sitebuilder's beta style guide. Other community members try to help by asking for more details, such as which app is being used (site builder, Figma, or Webflow) and requesting the project URL. It's determined that the issue is likely specific to certain components that are not properly tagged in the system, and the community members suggest manually changing the headings in Figma to reflect the font properly. The root cause of the issue is not definitively identified, but it seems to be a problem with the component tagging rather than a font-specific issue.

I am having a bug using the sytly guide. The fonts are not applied to headings where I wrote the copy manually.

@Markus Käding can you let me know which app we’re talking about? Site builder, figma, or webflow?

Sure @Matt I am talking about the feline sitebuilder. And specifically about the beta style guide. When I change text in the wireframe the styles will not be applied

Seems to affect just the headline font so far

okay interesting. Would you mind sharing the relume project URL?

@Markus Käding I was able to reproduce it - looks like its likely just those 2 components (and maybe others) that you had happen to use. I'l flag for the team but not sure when it would get fixed.

unfortunately it looks like they import into Figma that way as well - so you'd have to manually change those headings in Figma to reflect the font properly.

I try to rebuild the component tomorrow. But do you know why it broke? Did it happen because of chosing a specific font or somethingß

No, looks like those components are just not tagged in our system properly.
